Special Acceptance for Daimonji Goma-gi (Prayer Sticks) for Kyoto Gozan Okuribi [Until Aug 12 / Ends when stock runs out]
Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design is accepting Goma-gi (wooden prayer sticks) for the Kyoto Gozan Okuribi “Daimonji” at a special space inside the venue.
The final day for registration at our museum is August 12. Please note that supplies are limited and acceptance will close once available stocks run out.
Acceptance Overview
– Dates: Until Wednesday, August 12, 2026
– Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Ends when stock runs out)
– Location: Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design, Special Corner (Miyako Messe B1F / Free Admission Area)
– Donation: From 400 yen per stick
