The cancellation policy of our museum will be updated starting February 1st.
Thank you for using our company’s programs.
We would like to inform you of the following amendments to our cancellation policy for the “ Hands-on Production Program” and “Kyoto Artisans Concierge” tours, as from February 2025. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.
Hands-on Production Program
(1) Hands-on production program (including any use of Miyakomesse venue, equipment, parking, etc.)
(2) Accompanying tour director, professional personnel, craftsman arrangement, etc.
| (1) If the notice of cancellation reaches the Company on or after 30 days prior to the day before the tour starting date. | 20% of the tour fare |
| (2) If notice of cancellation is received by the Company from the day 14 days to 2 days prior to the starting date of the tour. | 50% of the tour fare |
| (3) If the notice of cancellation reaches us on the day before or on the day of the tour starting date, or if you do not participate in the tour without notification. | 100% of the tour fare |
Kyoto Artisans Concierge
| (1) If the notice of cancellation reaches the Company after 21 days prior to the day before the tour starting date. | 10% of the tour fare |
| (2) If the notice of cancellation reaches the Company on or after 14 days prior to the day before the tour starting date. | 20% of the tour fare |
| (3) If the notice of cancellation is reaches to the Company from 7 days to 2 days prior to the tour starting date. | 50% of the tour fare |
| (4) If the notice of cancellation reaches the Company on the day before or on the day of the tour starting date, or if the tour does not participate in the tour without any notification. | 100% of the tour fare |
