Notice of Kyoto Museum of Craft and Design Admission Fees
Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in the operation of the Kyoto Museum of Craft and Design. The Museum will change its opening hours and admission fees from September 1, 2023 (Fri.).
Opening hours
10:00 – 18:00 (Admission until 17:30)
Closed: No regular holidays (about twice a month)
Admission Fee
Adults (including university students): 500 yen (400 yen for groups of 20 or more)
Elementary, junior high, high school, and technical college students: 400 yen (300 yen for groups of 20 or more)
Free admission for preschool children.
Free admission for the disabled and up to one accompanying person with a disability certificate.
Free admission for residents of Kyoto City aged 70 and over (proof of age must be presented at the time of admission).
Free admission for elementary, junior high, and high school students residing in Kyoto City (show proof of residency at the time of admission).
Free admission for visitors in kimono.
